After school program info
The key to success at The Pilates Studio is the quality of our teachers all who are certified by Power Pilates. We are a full studio with instruction on both mat and apparatus. Our studio is based on the classical style program which is based on the principle that before working the peripheral parts of the body, the core needs to be strong and stable. You will work with a certified Power Pilates instructor to find the connection with your core muscles and learn to develop them. As you progress your posture will improve, you will become stronger, and your thighs stomach and buttocks will be leaner and trimmer

Is your child sparring? If your child is a purple belt or above it is recommended that they begin sparring. Belt tests at the higher levels require they spar and this is a great time to begin. Sparring is only $499 and now includes FREE enrollment into the Black Belt Club!

Busto's is proud to announce of NEW Movie Night! Playing in the Busto's theater on Friday June 12th is "Kung Fu Panda"! The movie starts at 6:45 PM Sharp and is followed by a short T.I.L.T. seminar. The evening runs from 6:45-9:00 PM. Cost is $20 per person, $15 for each sibling. Reservations are required and spots are limited.

Registration is now underway for Busto's brand new After School Program. The program will commence with the start of the 2009-2010 school year. We will provide FREE transportation from your child's school to our front door, they will be able to purchase healthy snacks, will be placed in a classroom setting with a certified teacher to do their homework and best of all, receive three 45 minute martial arts sessions a week with unifrom included! How much does all this cost? How about less than the cost of a babysitter!!! That's right, only $149 per week which breaks down to ONLY $10 per hour! Call (516) 822-4785 NOW to register.

Anyone testing for full orange and below will test this Saturday May 30th @ 1:15 PM. Those testing are encouraged to attend the 12:30 all belts class for practice.
